You can email me with your order, questions or concerns. I will promptly answer your email as this is checked often.
Please do not give your credit card information in your email. I do this to protect you from fraud.
You may call me with your order and credit card information between the hours of 9:00AM and 9:00PM Central Time.
If I am not able to answer please leave a detailed message so I may return your call.
CUSTOM ORDERS
If you see a piece that you would like but the size is not right for you please email me. I realize that size is hard to judge and adjustments need to be made.
If you would like Birthstone jewelry or Birthstone Crystal jewelry please email me. Please email me with your ideas, or even a picture of what you have in mind.
Swarovski Crystals come in a wide range of beautiful colors and effects. I should be able to match the color you require.
Custom Wedding orders will require a 50% deposit then payment in full at time of shipping.
Custom Beadweaving and other Seed Bead work will require a non-refundable deposit and payment in full upon shipping. Any questions please contact me.

If you are interested in selling my jewelry in your place of business please email me with your information and I will promptly get back to you.
REPAIRS
I do jewelry repair. Please email me to find out if I will be able to help you. Jewelry repair cost will have to be evaluated. If the repair needs to be done
because of an error on my part I will gladly repair the piece at no cost to you.
PAYMENT
Since this web site is in the newborn stage we do not have a shopping cart at this time. Please know that I will do everything I can to return
your emails and phone calls as quickly as possible.

South Dakota State Customers will be charged 5.92 % Sales Tax.

SHIPPING
I will do my best to ship your jewelry in a timely manner but please realize that these are handcrafted items and allow 2 1/2 weeks for delivery. I will
keep you posted on orders that may take that long. All effort will be to ship out in stock items that donıt need sizing or other custom needs within 72 hours.
If you need a rush order, please email me with your questions. Different shipping charges may apply.
All orders will be shipped Insured, Priority Mail with Mail Confirmation. A flat rate of $5.00 will be charged for shipping. Your order will be packaged in a
gift box with appropriate packaging for safe handling.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please email me to see if I ship to your Country. This is because of a high fraud rate in certain countries. Shipping charges and shipping method will
differ on these orders.
RETURNS
I take great pride in my work if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order it maybe returned within 14 days in the original unused condition
for a full refund minus the shipping charges. You must notify me first through email to receive a return order number. The order must be sent back
in appropriate packaging, insured with delivery confirmation. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
Wedding orders may NOT be returned after wedding date.
If an item has been incorrectly made please notify me immediately so that repairs can be made. Your shipping cost will be refunded.
